The event is built and facilitated by Phoenix Normand.
Twenty-eight years as a right-hand operator and advisor to Series A and B CEOs. He ran successful roadshows for the CEOs of Replit (Series B: $94.3M) and Boom Supersonic (Series B: $100M), and joined Flipagram (now TikTok) as employee number eleven. He sat beside the people this room is for.

Arrivals and transfers from private and commercial airports. Welcome cocktails and dinner to introduce the attendees and the host.

Thursday is a fully instrumented track day with professional motorsport coaching. Two 8-lap sessions. Video of every run, real-time telemetry, a coach on your data corner by corner, then back out for 8 more laps to test the fix.
In the evening, the group heads to The Paddock Club Penthouse to view the first practice sessions of F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.

The morning kicks off with a bespoke activation by Remedy Place. Lunch together in the VIP Hang Suite. Discussion will center on somatic recovery, resilience, and sustainable leadership performance based on Track Day and how it maps to how you lead your teams.
Then off to the Paddock Club to catch the final qualifying rounds.

Saturday is the heart of the event. Our guest CEO leads the room through four fixed, pre-briefed discussions: who belongs in your circle now that the stakes have changed; the pace of hiring and firing; the cost of the climb on relationships and personal resilience; and how you measure yourself when the old scoreboard stops meaning anything. These get discussed honestly among equals. That is the “sauce.”
Then off to the Paddock Club for the championship race. The conversations don't stop. They just change venues.

The Seat
$50,000 per founder, paid by the company.
That covers accommodation, concierge, and all ground transfers, the instrumented track day, all sessions, and Paddock Club VIP Thursday through Saturday.
A 50% deposit holds an approved seat. Paddock and circuit access is committed in advance, so approved seats are confirmed in the order deposits arrive.

The room stays small. Ten founders, by design. F1 VIP hospitality for the Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend is limited and moves fast. Once the cohort is set, it's set.
Concierge. Extended stays, hospitality upgrades, and personal requests beyond the standard package are welcome and handled by our team, billed separately to the payment method on file.
Deferral and credit. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, since it commits the venue, hospitality, and the guest CEO's time on your behalf well ahead of the weekend. Anything paid above the deposit is preserved in full as a credit toward a future Vanguard Apex experience. No portion is returned as cash. Genuinely extenuating circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of PhoenixNormand Events.
Tax. Packages may include components treated differently for tax purposes, and deductibility depends on your circumstances. Consult your own tax advisor. Itemized invoicing is available on request and reflects the calendar year of the experience.
